Antelope
is a "younger" community with the majority of its homes being built in the
late 1980s and continuing today. Antelope not only has new
homes, it has new parks, schools and shopping areas. The area has a "fresh
and clean" feel to it. There are many reasonably priced newer homes in the
area. Prices range from $140,000 to $225,000 in the current market.
It is an easy commute to the high tech areas of Rocklin and Roseville
(where new industrial construction continues) or to downtown Sacramento.
Antelope's location offers direct access to freeways, shopping, and the
Sacramento International Airport.
Antelope residents enjoy easy access to the recreational areas that are
famous around Sacramento. Hiking, fishing, water-skiing, snow skiing,
golfing, etc. are all freeway close to this hometown.
Major healthcare facilities are found in the neighboring cities of
Roseville and Sacramento.
